Remember that there are three big power projects working in our area and people are living under transmission lines and towers, but are without power,” Mudasir Anger , a student leader of Kishtwar said.He said that children were unable to study properly in absence of electricity. “Students also need to use internet, but we can’t charge our computer batteries,” he said.He said despite paying huge electric bills department failed to provide sufficient electricity “We are regularly paying our electricity bills, but fed up with PDD,”It is notable to mention here that the worst are those who are appearing in their matriculation examinations .Guardian said that matriculation is the first major examination in the life of a student and the frequent power cuts have affected the composure of their ward. Others said that students were a worried lot as the disruption was prolonged for nearly an hour.
